    Daniel Pohl is the Managing Director of New/Digital Media at NextGen New Media. Dan brings over 20 years of executive management experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Strategic Planning to NextGen.

    Before joining NextGen, Dan served as the Vice President, New/Social Media at Danya International. He and his team built an exciting and entertaining virtual world platform for children ages 6 to 12. The project was an exciting breakthrough in virtual worlds that encouraged and rewarded kids for living a healthy and active lifestyle.Previously at Danya, Dan served as the Vice President of Information Technology Services and Solutions, managing all aspects of technology for the company including design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems.

    Prior to joining Danya, he founded or co-founded three cutting-edge, Internet-related companies. His technical and business vision enabled these organizations to secure early venture funding and progress to viable businesses.

    Dan also served as the Director of Internet Strategies and Services for IBM in Washington, DC, where he led the design and implementation of the consulting methodology for IBM™s Institute for Electronic Government.Dan held a number of management positions in business development, product management, product marketing, and sales at Lotus Development Corporation prior to their acquisition by IBM.

    Dan earned his B.S. degree from Tulane University.

    James Roberson is the Vice President of Product Development at NextGen.

    James has over 20 years of software development and gaming experience. His innovative approach has made him a contributor of source code to Macromedia (now Adobe) that was used both internally and externally within their help pages and tutorials. Several of James games were highlighted as Site of the Day awards as well as being a finalist in the Flash film festival. James work includes development for Newsweek, AMD/Dreamworks, Epson, Motorola, T-mobile and many other well Known Brands
